In the event of a dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity (ADR). Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are organizations authorized to carry out mediation, conciliation, and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal and are listed in accordance with Law No. 144/2015.
