All prices displayed include VAT at the legal rate in force and are expressed in Euros (EUR).
Shipping Conditions
Orders for Mainland Portugal are shipped via DPD.
Orders for the Azores and Madeira are shipped via CTT.
International shipments are assessed individually, according to the destination country and the characteristics of the order. To obtain information regarding shipping availability, delivery times, shipping costs, shipping methods, and applicable payment methods, customers should contact IVO Cutelarias by e-mail at mercadonacional@ivocutelarias.com.
After the request has been reviewed, all applicable conditions will be communicated to the customer and must be expressly accepted before the order is dispatched.
Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep their information updated in the Customer Area. The delivery address must be completed accurately, and someone must be available at the address to receive the order.
Customers are advised to provide a valid mobile phone number to facilitate contact by the carrier, if necessary.
The delivery address may differ from the billing address.
Delivery Time
Mainland Portugal
- Orders are dispatched within a maximum period of 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once the order leaves the warehouse, delivery is normally completed within 1 business day via DPD.
Azores and Madeira
- Orders are dispatched within a maximum period of 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- After the order has been handed over to CTT, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's services and the destination location.
International
- Dispatch and delivery times are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to the customer following the assessment of the request submitted via mercadonacional@ivocutelarias.com.
In the event of stock shortages or any circumstances that may cause delays in dispatch, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Mainland Portugal
- Orders with a value below €75: shipping cost of €5;
- Orders with a value of €75 or more: free shipping.
Azores and Madeira
- Orders with a value below €90: shipping cost of €9;
- Orders with a value of €90 or more: free shipping.
International
Shipping costs are determined individually according to the destination country and the characteristics of the order and will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch confirmation.
Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment Methods
IVO Cutelarias offers the following payment methods:
- Multibanco;
- MB Way;
- Payshop.
IVO Warranty
IVO Cutelarias products benefit from a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or use that does not comply with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the products are in perfect condition, show no signs of use, and are returned in their original packaging.
Products customised according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days, following verification that the return conditions have been met.

Liability
IVO Cutelarias shall not be held liable for delivery delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Products are presented and described as accurately as possible. However, any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions appearing on the website, catalogues, or other promotional materials shall not bind the company or give rise to liability.
