General Conditions
- Under the Right of Withdrawal, in accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receiving the order to return or exchange the products without the need to provide a reason.
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, with the original tag and intact packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Exchanges
- If you wish toexchange a productfor another size or model, send us an email at mercadonacional@ivocutelarias.com with your exchange request.
- You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the original product and receive the new one.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in special campaigns.
Returns and Refunds
- Toreturn a product and receive a refund, send us an email to mercadonacional@ivocutelarias.com with the order reference and reason for the return.
- After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, usually within 14 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Defective Products
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately via email at mercadonacional@ivocutelarias.com.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, after verifying the issue.
