Shipments made to Portugal (including Islands) are always made through the CTT EXPRESS
To other countries, shipments are made through DHL EXPRESS
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the information in their correct and updated customer account through the Customer Area
. It is important that you correctly indicate the delivery address of the goods, where someone must be present to receive the order.
The customer is advised to provide a mobile phone number in order to allow contact with the carrier in case of need.
There is a possibility that the delivery address of the goods is not the same as the billing address.

The delivery time is 5 working days after payment confirmation. In case of stock out, we will inform you immediately.

6. Cost of Transportation
Product shipping to Portugal is free for orders over €50,00.
For orders that do not reach this value, the cost of shipping to Mainland Portugal is €5,00 and to Islands €9,00. In the case of international transport, its value differs according to the country of destination.
Customs duties and other costs charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Exchanges and Returns
Only exchanges or returns of products are accepted for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. These products will only be accepted by IVO Cutelarias if they are in proper conditions of use. It is not possible to exchange or return a personalized product.
In the case of refunds, they will be made within 30 days.
If you need to cancel an order you must contact us, by phone or email, in order to proceed with the cancellation of the order. On the website it is not possible to perform this action.
